Decent stay but room issues

The spacious suite gave us room to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was really convenient with shops around every corner.

However, the cleaning staff often missed essential items, the AC made strange noises, and the coffee maker was broken. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The two-bedroom superior suite offered plenty of space for our family, complete with a living room and a small pantry, making it perfect for relaxation. The location is a huge plus, just a couple of minutes from the BTS station and within walking distance to major shopping areas. However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues and the room Wi-Fi that didn't work effectively. Additionally, the dining options were limited, which was disappointing considering the overall stay.

I had an amazing stay with my friends! The location is perfect, just 100m from the BTS station. We visited the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and enjoyed the city park nearby. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was super friendly. Great value for a fun group getaway!

We faced some issues with the water heater. it would turn cold suddenly in the middle of showers, which was a bit annoying.
